Sup peeps Image

I'm a firearm collector who just started his own web forum, Semiautorifles.com

Semi automatice rifles are blast to shoot. But believe it or not my crown jewel of my collection is a single shot rifle dated over a 100 years old! It's a model 1816 Spring Field flint lock dated 1827. This rifle was sold by The United States to a small colony of people living down on the Rio Grande river around 1836-1845....The Republic of Texas. That means there is a good chance this rifle was used at one of two famous battles, "The Battle of the Alamo" and or "The Battle of San Jacinto" Image

The crown jewel of my Semi automatics is my Milled Arsenal AK47.

Anyhow, if you're into Semi automatics or just firearms in general, check it out my web forum.

Thanks,
Ray

Hi there. Glad to have you here at The Forum Directory.

AK's are nice--my hubby likes his real well. But his current favorite toy is the replica civil war cannon that he made a couple summers ago.

My personal favorite is my Colt .45 peacemaker. Serial number puts it manufactured around 1880-1890's. Converted from black powder. Nickel plated, ivory grips. Carried by my grandfather when he was a sheriff down on the Nueses Strip in the 20's.

People after my own heart Image

That Colt sure sounds nice and I wouldn't mind a shot at that cannon either :D

I don't have a lot in handguns but I do happen to have a Colt Model 1877 (a.k.a Lightning/Sheriff's model) dated around 1894 w/optional ivory grips. This firearm was Colt's first attempt at a double action handgun...it was far from successful. Their prone to breaking but this one works great. Now rest asure I though, I want be shooting it anytime soon lol

Here is my Colt.
