Welcome Committee these are a group of people who are assigned to all new Members, and be more like a guide to them.
Super Moderators
Have Power of entire Community they assist in helping when needed and Making sure the Board runs smooth. they can warn Ban Users as well with Basic Powers Lock unlock etc.

Have power of entire board
Job Reguirements
Welcome Committee Must be able to be a mentor or guide to users and help them learn the Forum.

Must be able to defuse fights or able to displine users if needed and must be friendly to others.
